azbox: mostly rewrite cPlayback rmfp_player wrapper

* use the file based /tmp/rmfp.{cmd2,in2,out2} interface instead
  of the previously used FIFOs, this seems more reliable
* convert code to lt_debug/lt_info infrastructure
