* Infoviewer: rework buttonbar

- add new class 'CInfoViewerBB' (infoviewer_bb.cpp)
- rework paint and calculate icons
- unused icons in the radio mode will not be displayed
- activate 'show resolution = off' in osd setup
- insert 'Display active tuner' in osd setup
