followscreenings.cpp: Fix format issues for time_t portability

Browse Source 
- Added <inttypes.h> for correct format specifiers.
- Used PRIuMAX or time_t handling to resolve [-Wformat=] warnings.
- Updated sscanf and snprintf calls in exec and show functions.
