Replacing messagebox, hintbox_ext and some derivated parts with
basic class hintbox and derivated class CMsgBox. This should unify
window handling and avoids maintain of multiple classes with quasi
same purpose and adds more functionality.
TODO: fix and optimize details
- When setSinglePlay() Neutrino returns after playing a movie
immediately in the tv/radio modus back
- Set Lua api version to 1.29
Example:

video.setSinglePlay()

- Set Lua api version to 1.28

- Move video functions from luainstance.cpp to lua_video.cpp
- For the future, provided the individual classes
(eg menu, CComponents etc.) to move in separate files.
