944a4e4ecd fix Makefiles to include SIGC_CFLAGS 
now that the framebuffer class includes libsigc++, the path
to it must be known to all parts using framebuffer.h

57078ed23d remove obsolete embedded libtriple 
the code is unmaintained and probably non-functional, everyone
should use libstb-hal instead
