Replacing messagebox, hintbox_ext and some derivated parts with
basic class hintbox and derivated class CMsgBox. This should unify
window handling and avoids maintain of multiple classes with quasi
same purpose and adds more functionality.

Member initVarHeader() now used with parameters, so it's possible
to remove multiple code in constructors, but some class must be
renamed to CComponentsHeaderLocalized.

CComponentsHeader: rework constructors, add CComponentsHeaderLocalized
Member initVarHeader() now used with parameters, so it's possible
to remove multiple code in constructors, but some class must be
renamed to CComponentsHeaderLocalized.
Provides a unified header file, so it is not required to select a
certain header file.

use portable C99 format string macros for 64bit types to
