Note: In this context i noticed, it seems method getRenderWith()
in Fontrender class returns wrong values with
BOLD font types. It would be nice if anybody could
verify this possible bug. If I see that correctly,
we should fix this.

On possible changed font settings, font objects can be invalid and
we have a crash. With this fix it's possible, that
CNeutrinoApp::setupFont() method clean up header font object itself.
