Stefan Seyfried fe7c56581b Revert "- hardware_caps: fix has_fan and add detection of Neo Twin" ...

This reverts commit 2770d07bea.
This leads to a segfault at start and the upstream solution
is not yet ready for primetime, so revert this for now.
