Stefan Seyfried e83b77d0e5 libtriple: add video parameter watchdog ...

Add the video parameter watchdog to the (already existing) input
thread, so we can remove it from zapit.
Unfortunately, we need an ugly hack in cDemux for making sure we
do not crash on exit... :-(
