Michael Liebmann 8db42dd287 Adapt neutrino-mp for CST hardware part #1

- Fix compile for cst hardware
 - Code tested on kronos and apollo hardware, is ok
 - On Nevis hardware will be compiled, but not working
 (no frontend found, segfault)
