bfdcc9f800
CRemoteControl::startvideo() and stopvideo() did trigger a resend
of the capmt, which lead to refcounting issues. Fix this by adding
parameters to lock/unlockPlayback to disable the sending of capmt
and set this in start/stopvideo.
